1. Scope of Services

Lord Krishna International is a manufacturer and exporter of Designer Gold, 925 Sterling Silver, Brass, and other jewelry products. Our services include custom design development, private-label manufacturing, bulk production, and export supply for brands, retailers, wholesalers, and institutional buyers.

All services are offered strictly on a business-to-business (B2B) basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Orders and Confirmations

• All orders are subject to written confirmation via email, purchase order, or proforma invoice.

• Specifications including metal purity, weight tolerance, stone quality, plating thickness, finishes, quantities, and delivery timelines must be finalized before order confirmation.

• Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or canceled without written approval from Lord Krishna International.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are quoted based on metal rates, labor, design complexity, quantities, and finishing at the time of quotation.

• Prices are subject to revision in case of fluctuations in precious metal prices, foreign exchange rates, or changes in specifications.

• Payment terms, including advance payments, milestones, and final settlement, will be specified in the proforma invoice.

• Production may be withheld or suspended in case of delayed or incomplete payments.

4. Custom Designs and Intellectual Property

• All custom designs developed for clients remain confidential.

• Intellectual property rights for client-provided designs remain with the client.

• Designs created by Lord Krishna International may not be reproduced, shared, or resold without written consent unless explicitly agreed as private-label work.

• We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential designs for portfolio or marketing purposes unless restricted by contract.

5. Quality Standards and Tolerances

• Jewelry is manufactured according to industry-accepted tolerances in weight, dimensions, stone size, and finishing.

• Minor variations may occur due to handcrafted processes and material characteristics.

• Quality standards will be aligned with mutually agreed specifications at the time of order confirmation.

6. Inspection, Claims, and Returns

• Clients are required to inspect goods upon receipt.

• Any claims regarding defects, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery.

• Returns or remakes will be accepted only after evaluation and written approval.

• Custom-made and private-label orders are generally non-returnable unless manufacturing defects are confirmed.

7. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to production schedules, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Risk and responsibility for goods transfer to the buyer upon dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Lord Krishna International is not liable for delays caused by logistics providers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

8. Compliance and Export Regulations

• All exports comply with applicable Indian laws and international trade regulations.

• Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, certifications, and compliance requirements in their destination country unless otherwise specified.

9. Confidentiality

All business discussions, pricing, designs, and technical details shared between the parties are strictly confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Lord Krishna International shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profits, or reputation, arising from the use of our products or services.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disruptions, governmental actions, or supply chain interruptions.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

13. Amendments

Lord Krishna International reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be effective upon publication and apply to all future transactions.
